CDPH Lead Poisoning Prevention Conference Registration Form

The Chicago Department of Public Health’s Lead Poisoning Prevention and Healthy Homes Program is excited to host its Lead Poisoning Prevention Conference on Tuesday, September 24, 2024, from 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM at Malcolm X College, Chicago, IL. 

Theme: “Safe Spaces: Creating A Lead Free & Healthy Home Environment for All”

The conference aims to introduce the CDPH Lead Poisoning Prevention and Healthy Homes program, emphasizing a holistic healthy home approach. The conference will be an interactive event featuring speakers, panels, workshops and educational exhibits.  The event is open to the public, including community partners, public health, health professionals, educational institutions, and government agencies.
